Clients' interests put first
We hold our clients’ interests paramount, and if we feel that a client’s particular needs can be significantly better met elsewhere, we offer to redirect the client accordingly. However, most clients seem to be happy with a personal, friendly one-on-one business relationship even though we may not always be the cheapest option, particularly as we are not in a position to achieve economies of scale in the purchasing of raw materials for jobs.
We have optimised many of our processes to best serve small to medium businesses, but do handle larger jobs when required.
